Inspection Comments | A/C unit leaked causing water to leak from a ceiling tile. Upon arrival to inspection PIC was already clean up water. A/C was shut off to prevent leaks. PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized floor plus table beside the water that is not used for prepping food. Where this is located in the facility there is no risk of contamination. Tile was also replaced during inspection. |
